(More customer reviews)We've had this product for 3 years now.We use it for our (now 5 year old) son while traveling. The battery life only lasts us about 1 hour when fully charged. That is my only beef.But it comes with a car charger and an ac adapter.We bought a power inverter that kind of acts as an extension cord to get this thing to the back seat and in my son's lap (on top of a pillow).That way if we have an extra long trip that is longer than an hour- we can just plug right in to the cigarette lighter.It has headphone jack and you can plug it right in to any sound system or TV- so you can use it as a regular DVD viewing back up when your regular DVD player goes broke.Ours was VERY VERY durable.It's slide off my son's lap a few times and hit the floor of the car.It's still intact and in perfect working order. I think it's a great buy. We use it while doing laundry at the laundry mat too.It's saved us from many a grey hair.
